blondie Posted May 20, 2009 Share Posted May 20, 2009 (edited) i was on the site yesterday and somone had downloaded a copy of a booklet sorry cant remember what it was or where from - but there was a great quote on one of the pages something about observations not being huge piles of writing that meant little or nothing but small amounts of quality observations - hope that makes sense - was going to download this quote as think it is appropriate to two members of staff (previous thread ) and put it somewhere for them to read and use as part of appraisal - but as i didnt do it last night i now cant find it at all - can anyone help ?
