Our deputy has just left and the Head as decided to have senior teacher. For a change there will be a foundation stage teacher managing everything which is great. (I'm worried that you imply the head is not having a Deputy though. Who is going to deputise in their absence???You should not be required to do that as it isn't in the teacher's pay and conditions.
