I am a childminder and I do find it hard to come up with creative ideas and messy play ideas sometimes and as I work on my own, it's hard when you don't have someone to bounce ideas off. I've only been a member of this forum for a few weeks when I got a leaflet through my door but it's been a god send and I love it! Thanks everyone! The worst thing is that you can get a little over enthusiastic and set too many projects in motion at one time which are then doomed to never get finished. Guest Posted March 15, 2009 Share Posted March 15, 2009 Thanks for the warm welcome Peggy and Sunnyday and HappyMaz people already duck because i've always got ideas, they dread it if i go on course but im lucky because the pre-school leader is exactly the same!!! As for ideas im going to share Peggy, lots of things and I've only just joined particularly ideas of how to involve parents. It has also been useful in reading that we are not the only setting that has difficulties with outdoor play because we are in a hall and other associated problems with having to pack up everyday.
