Inge Posted February 26, 2009 Posted February 26, 2009 I thought the same..perhaps they are looking into setting something up in the school and knowing your impending problem want to discuss it.. Inge Quote
Cait Posted February 26, 2009 Posted February 26, 2009 Perhaps they want to offer you space on their grounds Cait - can't do any harm to talk to them can it? Maz Well it can't do any harm - but they aren't meant to know anything about our current situation. We left school 7 years ago whilst they had building work done and they told us there wasn't room for us to move back one the work was finished. A few years ago we were offered some space - clear away each day and they couldn't guarantee we could have the room every day, the rent was going to be double what we pay the Chapel too. So, as my daughter would say 'How about NOOOOOOOO!' I'll certainly meet with them, I don't want to shoot myself in the foot, but several parents, well 85% of them have said that if we were on the school site they wouldn't have come to us - it's our independent status that meant that they could come from the surrounding villages. hali Posted February 26, 2009 Posted February 26, 2009 wish my local primary would ring me up and ask the same - go for it Cait Quote
Cait Posted February 26, 2009 Posted February 26, 2009 If we move to school we'd go with only 6 village children if the other 85% leave us. I have 4 staff, so.......... Quote
