I came across this study about effective leadership in the early years. Its a couple of years old now so Im sure some of yo will have seen it already.

I didn't know that you could download it! You can also purchase a copy for £10 from the Institute of Education website!

 

I was lucky enough to hear Iram speak at a conference a couple of weeks ago and she made several references to this report - I've skimmed through it and there is a lot of really good stuff in there. It will certainly be extremely useful reading for anyone undertaking EYPS.

Good when you've all had chance to read, it will be interesting to discuss. It brought a lot of healthy debate to our table at a recent conference.

I just wanted to bring this back to everyone's attention if you haven't seen it already, With such a lot of visitors on a Sunday, turnover of posts can be very quick and its easy to miss a few.
