It can be caused by the route or internet service provider in your particular area rather than a problem with the site. The fact that not all people were having the same problem it suggests it was a 'geographical' problem. We will keep an eye on things though. Can I ask that you try and keep a mental note to see if it happens at a particular time of the day, evenings can get very busy for some systems and so if it seems to happen at around the same time of the day that might be a clue.
