I am Head of Department & Classteacher in a Special School with approximately 53 children in my department. I am sitting with a lovely glass of red wine celebrating a successful Ofsted Inspection (EYS) - with an OUTSTANDING outcome . Yes, we all know about the new EYFS and all the the fantastic elements that have to be in place - and ready for inspection by September 2008. Does feel fantastic to get that final confirmation and acknowledgement from Ofsted. I feel so pround of my staff (Teachers & TA's) in being so readily open in taking on changes and challenges.
