JacquieL
Well I've cooked a nutroast for tea, The cashews were half price you see I really like meat But nutroast was a treat I'm not a veggie you see. Apols to vegetarians but this rhymed PS Marion how did you get two consecutive posts not to merge?
Guest
we're just having a bit of cake I hope we don't get belly ache it was meant for tomorrow so to my great sorrow I'll have to get up and bake Its hubbies birthday tomorrow Jo
Marion
Jacquie it was pure luck two different posts the verses they took so maybe its best to pop off for a rest or even a nutroast to cook I think it might be because I left for a short time and came back but Im not sure over 24 hours of naff rhymeswe gotta keep adding some lines so keep rambling on until it is done and everything will be fine(s)
Guest
This rhymin game is so clever I'm sure we can go on for ever! Verse after verse Better or worse? Give up on this task? NEVER! Today Pudsey played on his tractor Since he failed to get on the x-factor! He tried a voice coach Who Westlife did poach So Pudsey then went and sack'd her! Deb
We went to see my Mum and Dad My family think I'm really mad Writing limericks in the car Well, the journey was quite far But feeling car sick made me sad! Hubby is really pleased with his new car Even though it's not quite a Jag-u-ar We thought he drove too fast As the countryside it flew past Apparently it does 'this and that' Reminds me of a book about a cat! Round the roundabout Up the hill OOh, I really do feel quite ill! The autumn leaves all shades of red and brown In the country and the town We really are so very lucky to live in this beautiful country. So now we are back safely home I had to go and check the phone I also had to check the Forum To see how well we'd done Oh great I see we won! Well done, everyone! Guest
Has Steve done a verse on this thread? Or is he tucked up snug in his bed? Should he add to this rhyme If he's got the time? Or have a cold lager instead? (PS is anyone else thinking everything in limericks by now?)
