Thank you so much for trialing Tapestry Once you have added the relatives to the account (which can be done one at a time, or in bulk via a CSV file), you will, indeed, have to link them to their children so they can access any observations that you approve. If adding the relatives individually from control panel > manage relatives > add relative, you will be able to link their children (please note that you can link as many children as required, e.g. when you have twins or siblings in the same account) from the very last section within the 'add relatives' form by clicking on 'attach new child'. If you have added them in bulk, then you will have to link each child to their relative from control panel > manage relatives > manage relationships. By clicking on 'edit relationships' by each relative you'll be able to link their children. I am leaving a tutorial here that goes through this process with the help screenshots!
