Welcome to Tapestry and to the Forum! I hope you've been finding everything okay so far. You can indeed do both of those things - each child has their own About Me page that can be filled in by you or their relatives (if they're set up on Tapestry), and you can amend the questions you ask on that so they're relevant for your setting. Progress checks can be done as a report. You can find the tutorials for those things here and here (respectively).
