A lightbulb moment from a parent yesterday who exclaimed "what do you mean you don't get the same hourly funding rate as your hourly fee charge, that can't be right"! This parent had been contacted by HMRC to ask why she hadn't registered for it as she met the eligibility, explaining she wasn't bothering because it was only half an hour a week, she was asked why don't you want more, she told them she did but there aren't any places available to increase, she was then told to try another provider, parent told them she was happy with her current one and didn't want to do that for one term when her child would have a huge change to cope with soon enough going to school ...I could have hugged her 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
