Doesn't change anything. Charging parents for extras which should be part of practice and knowing full well that if a parent chooses not to pay that we are unlikely to exclude the child. This really does make it an unfair system.

No parent would want their child to eat cold sandwiches when everyone has a warm meal, or sit when everyone else has a dance class, or stay inside when the group has a forest school session, and no caring practitioner would let it happen. So parents' choice will be between settings not provision within settings.
