mundia
thanks for that Steve. After a night off and a hoover, my computer now seems to be behaving itself (I should imagine its complainng of over work this week!) Nicola its one of the documents that links with every Child Matters and outlines all the skills and knowledge anyone who works with children and young people should have (hence the term common..ie common to everyone..) Rea you are so right about queus, not that it is a British phenomenon, its just that the British are remarkably good at it. When we lived in zambia we frequently joined queues simply beause there was one and actually it didnt matter what was at the end of it, you knew you would wnat it anyway otherwise there wouldnt have been aqueue!! Perfect logic..
