Rea
Our manager has been signed off work for 6 weeks. I'm thinking I give her sick note to the payroll company for them to sort? Yea or nah? :1b P.S Dont go anywhere, I'm probably not finished!
GFCCCC
Yes - they will need it to give her SSP. If they are an independant payroll company, they will need details of her terms and conditions from you in relation to whether she is entitled to company sick pay. We do our own payroll here (for 75) so we have much experience of staff sickness!! (It is the biggest nightmare of the job!)

Cait
Yes, give it to them, you pay them for this sort of stuff, after all. PS I'm sitting here finishing off birthday cake, so not going anywhere X Edited May 13, 2016 by Cait
Rea
I'm going away next week so I've been avoiding cake, just hope it pays off and the frocks fit! ?
