diesel10 Posted March 9, 2016 Share Posted March 9, 2016 Has your council got any capital funding. They may have some or going to get some linked to the 30 hours to ensure places for all. We had some 5 years ago to pay for a new building on school premsies. We have a 25 year lease and they charge (sorry folks) £165 a year rent.
