If they move from or to another setting the transfer function is good although I have so far only transferred to another. We do get in a bit of muddle if they only have one email address to use. Steve Posted September 30, 2015 Share Posted September 30, 2015 Hi firststeps - Diesel's correct - there is no way to share a child completely between two settings. The best you can do is to agree which setting the journal would be in, and then make yourself, or a member of staff from the other setting, a member of staff in both settings. You can then restrict access to other children in the setting by making that member of staff the keyperson for the child, and then allow staff to only be able to see their own keychildren.
