MegaMum Posted August 22, 2015 Share Posted August 22, 2015 I have just updated our 'Administering Medicines' policy based on the PLA and realised our medicine forms are a little out of date and don't have everything the PLA says should be on there. finleysmaid Posted August 22, 2015 Share Posted August 22, 2015 we do use the psla one (of course anyone can buy them it just makes a difference on price!) ...personally I would also have a 'witness' box so that you cant be accused of over or under dosing.
