Motherclanger
Hi Need a bit of advice in a hurry unfortunately, as I have a committee meeting to attend tonight. The question is: Can you use the PSLA model constitution if you are not a member? Not sure this is the case, but no harm in checking!
diesel10
I think you probably can but why would you as if you close you need to had over all your assets to them. Also I'm not sure the charity commission would it accept it.
Motherclanger
Thanks for your quick reply! No, its might not be the PLSA constitution, if it is it has been modified to suit the preschool needs. I would assume it has been approved by the charity commission, as it was adopted in 2012.
finleysmaid
do you need a constitution?,,,,,if you are a registered charity then you may only need articles
Fredbear
If you use the PSLA one of 2011, it clearly states you must be members of the Alliance and no amendments maybe made without authorisation of the PSLA and the charity commission. I agree with Finleysmaid, do you need one if you have articles of association.
