blondie Posted July 1, 2015 Share Posted July 1, 2015 Hi, we have received an application from a 17 year old who has just completed her nvq2 - she has yet to be interviewed but if suitable can anyone tell me what extra steps i have to put in as she is only 17? what forms etc., do i need to complete? is it a lot of extra work? she would be employed as a member of staff not an apprentice. many thanks as want to be ready if she is the successful applicant. :0) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mundia Posted July 2, 2015 Share Posted July 2, 2015 At 17 she can be counted in ratio and therfore as far as I am aware, you don't need to do anything 'extra' to what you would normally do for induction, probation, support and supervision of a newly recruited member of staff.
