riseandshine Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 Hello, We are going to be sending out parent questionnaires this week as an end of year thing. I was wondering if any settings had examples of questionnaires or questions they would normally use? We are a new setting and we sent out a questionnaire at the start of the year to see how parents felt their children had settled in but was wondering if anyone could help with an end of year questionnaire. Thank you :1b Quote
korkycat Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 This is what we use - it's a mix of stuff we wanted to know and ideas from others in the forum. Questionnaire for forum.docx Hope that helps. korkycat Quote
eyfs1966 Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 just be careful, ask a silly question and you will get a silly answer. Also you may just get silly answers to quite sensible questions as well.....thats the experience I have anyway! 3 Quote
sunnyday Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 I used to do questionnaires - but of late I have collated parents comments that they have shared via Learning Journey folders - Ofsted recently made no mention of the need for a questionnaire.......suppose it depends on how good your parents are at adding their comments...... lashes2508 Posted June 30, 2015 Posted June 30, 2015 (edited) At our recent a AGM we used the 2 stars and a wish template ( originally from this forum I believe) and also include fundraising and what parents would support. Autumn term we use a more in depth one. Edited June 30, 2015 by lashes2508 Quote
