Local Offer - Dorset

I've registered (yes i know ...but better late than never), I've had an email to tell me my account is now active, i can sign in, but then what ...if i go to 'my account' tab it just gives me my name, email etc page, with a link to 'add details' but that just takes me back to the 'my account' page and so on, what am I not getting here ? thanks for any help you might be able to 'offer' on this :/

Hi Mousketeer,

Once you log in, you need to go to dashboard and then on the right hand side it should say update record, Click this and it will take you to a form to complete with your offer. Hope this helps.

You don't have to complete it all at once.

Thank you, I'm thinking maybe the 'dashboard' isn't quite right as I could barely make out what it said on that link and it just kept re-opening my details again....but will check that I didn't miss something.

 

It's the 'update record' that doesn't seem to take me anywhere ...except round in circles :/

It's not be a great week technology wise lol their answer was to send me a new email and register again using it ...only problem there was it belonged to the primary school office not us :/ ....now I'm trying to set up a new bt email account for our work business broadband which I never bothered with before so I can re-register with local offer using that email....but believe me it isn't going well :/
