Nappy changing on trips

Random question but where do you change nappies when you take children to the park for example?

We have a pub we could use, but the girls asked me the other day if they could use there, but to be honest I'm not sure.

Any thoughts?

don't see why you couldn't use the pub, most are geared up to children these days.

I suppose it's peoples perceptions, I may send an email out to parents asking if they are happy for us to do so in a pub, its not as if it would be when there are lots of drunk people about :-)

Some cultures do not agree with alcohol, so that could be an issue worth thinking about

I will send an email out to all parents - also needs consideration about what we would do if that child was not allowed to be changed in a pub :-/

Random idea - but how about taking a little pop up tent or similar ? Line out the bottom with a blanket, pop in the change mat - May be ok for the park ?

I hadn't commented .......the pub doesn't feel quite right somehow :blink: couldn't really say why - I spend plenty of time in them!
