Panders
Anyone? Best way to paint the pasta for the necklace.
playgroup1
I usually paint the pasta with a brush and acrylic paint and them rest it on skewers over a box to dry. I use rigatonne as its big enough to thread. Very time consuming but its does work well as a special treat.

Guest
for the children to paint or the adult? We did pasta necklaces last christmas using festive pasta from Lidls (keeping my eye out for some more this year) and I sprayed it with gold, silver and red decorators spray. No residue and dried instantly (more of less) and ready to use
finleysmaid
i just use food colouring (paste) add to a small amount of water and stir in bowl until covered leave to dry. We do pasta threading a lot! i have a group who love it ...so have been to the italian shop to gets loads of different sorts...spagetti hoop type was a big hit, small macaroni, penne.wheels etc
