Mouseketeer Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 I give staff a 'training feedback' form now instead of expecting them to cascade (that just means trying to get everyone together again) it asks them to say how training will improve their own practice, anything that could/should be implemented in our setting that would improve our provision and to attach any handouts to photocopy and give to other staff. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
