Do read Janet Rose's article on the role of the adult in early years settings. She has created such an interesting model of the 'seven selves'. We all understand how our roles involve much plate-spinning, and Janet explains just how critical each of those selves are. Part 2 to follow next week. :1b

Thank you so much Helen - I can't wait for 'Part 2' - I found myself nodding in agreement all the time I was reading! :1b I will be sharing this and 'Part 2' with my staff team! :1b
