wellerkaren Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 Hi I have tried to phone Ofsted to let them know that my setting is changing its name to a LTD company, they have said to do this online. Mouseketeer Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 I sent the a message regarding change of premise address through the 'contact us' (even though the inspector obviously turned up at the new address, they couldn't send the report as something or other still had old address ) sure they then emailed back asking for some security info, they then changed address. Fredbear Posted April 3, 2013 Share Posted April 3, 2013 Hi Wellerkaren, can I ask have you become an incorporated company, if so, we did this and Ofsted required us to send in the details of the new company name, we explained that everything else remained the same. They issued us with a new registration number and certificate. Please note this did trigger a new inspection from them. Pm me if you need further advice.
