Guest
Hi - just a quick question for you all with regrads to Learning Journeys (or Evidence Files / Special Books etc etc etc). In light of the revised framework - are you continuing to use Learning Journeys in the same format as previously (ie containing photos/post it's/samples of work/observations/termly assessment records etc)? Just wanted to check . . . . .. . . .
blondie
we have been given advise from our ey team - we will continue to do the books but will only do one five minute obs per term based on next steps - but the rest is more or less the same x
sunnyday
Yes we are :1b That said I am really struggling to see where there is less paperwork think I am going to tell my staff that we can 'cut down' a little - sometimes think that we make too much work for ourselves :1b
Guest ChunkyMan
I'm just carrying on as normal altho I agree with you Sunnyday in terms of more work as before we could just put the profile points the evidence was related to and then next steps could have been profile points too but now it all seems a bit to long hand for my liking!!!
