westie
hi, Im wondering if you can help me. As a breakfast, after school and holiday club we accept various childcare vouchers. Now I Know you cannot refund parents if they overpay with childcare vouchers. But is it possible to transfer them? A child is moving from a another childcare provider to us and the manager there has said she will transfer some money (orignially childcare vouchers although they were redeemed by the other provider) to us to cover this childs fees whilst with us. Can we do this? Thanks Jo

Lucy P
I cant see why not. They are still being used for their intended purpose, however to be sure i would probably phone the voucher provider to check :1b
Inge
they are not transferring the vouchers..but the cash already claimed by the previous provider.. better they give it to you than keep it themselves...seems they have come to an amicable arrangement with the parent to ensure they get the true value of the vouchers that have already been processed.
