Inge Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 there is one in the resource library though it is a few years old now and may need updating, at the time it covered all that was asked. as to asking doctors of new employees.. remember a doctor will charge for this so you will be expected to cover the costs.. often up to £50.00 per person.. that is what our surgery charge for this..
