MrsL Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 I am really struggling to find an Easter song to teach my class for our Easter assembly. Does anyone know of any simple ones?!

Cait Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 http://eyfs.info/forums/topic/12446-easter-songs/ quite a few on this old thread
Inge Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 5 little Easter eggs, Lovely colors wore; mummy ate the blue one, Then there were four. 4 little Easter eggs, Two and two, you see; Daddy ate the red one, Then there were three. 3 little Easter eggs, Before I knew, Sister ate the yellow one, Then there were two. Two little Easter eggs, Oh, what fun! Brother ate the purple one, Then there was one. 1 little Easter egg, See me run!!! I ate the last one, And then there was none. We made large card pictures of eggs decorated in the colours for some children to hold and another came and took it as we said the rhyme..we used children's names in the appropriate places. we did have a tune but it was not used for any other so not a known tune..
MrsL Posted March 20, 2012 Author Posted March 20, 2012 Great ideas, thanks so much. No doesn't need to be religious. I'll check the old thread too.
