Guest Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 Hi, I use the development checklists here http://ecdc.syr.edu Not a chart but may be of use to your student. Nona
skippy Posted March 10, 2012 Author Posted March 10, 2012 Hi Thanks for your replies. I couldn't find much when i googled it. But will have a look at the link. Many Thanks Skippy
waveawand Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 Hiya Skippy, the only thing that I have come across was in a NHS booklet called birth to five where it included developmental stageschart. If this would be any help I can scan it for you ? let me know
louby loo Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 Bit late with the reply, but any students we have had have been encouraged to make their own - researching books/websites to find the knowledge for themselves. If I'm honest I think it's good practise to do that - kinda sinks in a bit better............rather than 'just another sheet of paper to file' xxx
fimbo Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 yes, i remember i needed one for my L3 -and i had to create my own.
Guest martineH Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 I have in my possession 2 spare speech and language development charts that I co-wrote when working for County last year linked to physical development milestones if that's of any use to you? I can't upload it to the site sadly, no permission due to copyright issues but if you want to collect it for your student I'm more than happy to give a spare away - it's a great resource. email me at earlyyearsconsultantmih@aim.com if your're interested.
