Finleysmaid it's part of the Equality Named Co ordinator course that is run by Essex County Council, to be honest not even sure if other areas are doing it. We are going to be having a EWG meeting in the new year. I have asked our local vicar, committee parents and 2 staff to also be on it too. I do think it could be a useful tool to continue to evaluate and reflect on whether you truly provide an equal setting for all that wish to be part of it, especially looking at our rented premises. I was under the impression that this was going to be compulsory in the future from the tutor, although Ofsted at their recent visit didn't seem to know anything about it at all.
