Panders Posted November 1, 2011 Share Posted November 1, 2011 Hi, does anybody have a really well illustrated version of the Gingerbread Man, looking for something in a large format - not the Little Ladybird books. StrawberyTwirl Posted November 1, 2011 Share Posted November 1, 2011 Hi, we did The Gingerbread Man (out of the ark) as our end of term show... but couldn't find a good large format book to read. I drew pictures on our white board as i told the story. We also used puppets, and visual props. Panders Posted November 2, 2011 Author Share Posted November 2, 2011 Thank you for your ideas so much - We usually make individual cut out house shaped biscuits and the children then ice and decorate them as they wish in a sort of gingerbread house style - this year thought we would do gingerbread men, have bought a huge one from John Lewis and need a good version of the story to really bring it all to life so to speak, your ideas and suggestions are just what was needed!
