Cait Posted October 11, 2011 Share Posted October 11, 2011 We call them Key Persons. We sort of decide before children arrive, based on staff rotas, just to see who sees the child most. If a child particularly bonds with another adult then they either change, or double key, which means that the primary key does the obs, sets the planning for the child etc but the secondary key does any adult led or SST with the child and feeds back to the primary Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
