HelenaWaterworth Posted October 26, 2010 Share Posted October 26, 2010 We have had the visit from Mrs O! It was quite intense but the inspector was very nice and knew her stuff! She concentrated on Self evaluation/self improvement planning and Leadership and Management Think we are first in our area to be inspected since they went to the different companies, so am relieved we had a quality inspector (not for one minute am I saying they wouldn't be!
