All the children stop what they are doing and wait for instructions(!) then they are given jobs in small groups when they have been with us for some time they can choose the jobs themselves works well for us (we have lots of children with EAL and SEN) we also have large sandtimers to help the process! Panders Posted August 5, 2010 Share Posted August 5, 2010 Hi Jules, if you do a forum search you will see that there was a huge response to this very question just last week. if you don't know how to do a forum search, go to the top of the page and press on the blue area which says "search forum posts".
