We, as in the nursery, have been shortlisted for the Team Development Award and we, as in the chain, have been shortlisted for the Nursery Chain Award! How excited are we!!! I have spent yesterday morning and all day today covering for a member of staff and have prepared all the letters to go out to new starters and done the contracts or the new staff.
