do any childminders use an excel spread sheet for there accounts

 

and if so would you be prepated to share

I use microsoft money - it's brilliant as it does all the income and expenditure for me and sorts into the categories. I can keep track of what's in the bank and the salaries and when tax and NIC is due

I used 'Money' for the pre-school accounts.. and we use it at home too..

 

really easy to use and reconcile with bank statements etc...
