Rea Posted January 21, 2005 Posted January 21, 2005 So true, one of our staff, and there's only 4 of us, has missed the last 3 meeting, the last of which was hijacked by the chair who 'popped in' for a quick chat which lasted 45 minutes. Now I know I'm not alone in feeling frustrated, thanks Dee

Guest Posted January 26, 2005 Posted January 26, 2005 Hi Hali Has anyone read the minutes yet and approached you?!!
hali Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 2 out of 6..not bad i suppose, you should have heard the excuses when i showed them though
Sue R Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 Ooooh, Please share!! Might it be worth an article -? "Excuses I have known" Sue
Rea Posted January 27, 2005 Author Posted January 27, 2005 Be careful though, you know the excuse 'sorry miss, my cat ate my homework'...my cat realy did it. Had a mad few minutes and shredded it. Unlikely, but true
SueFinanceManager Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 Not possible in our line of work or many others come to think of it, but I heard someone on the radio talking about meetings and they said "Rome wasn't built by sitting around in meetings all day talking about it. Rome was built by going around invading and killing people" Just made me smile, but sometimes you do wonder if we talked less and did more Sue x
