Guest
Does anyone have any ideas on how to set up a shaded quiet area outdoors. I love the wigwams but my headmistress doesnt so I need to think of an alternative. Any suggestions? Edited September 15, 2009 by Guest
Upsy Daisy
I use one of these shade sails in my garden. They are really easy to put up and take down. http://www.coolaroousa.com/ I bought one from ebay and it is great.
Panders
Did you have to get someone in to install this Upsy Daisy?
blondie
i made a home made tent using the fence to tie one end of a large cloth and used a table the other end - it was quick to put up and take down
emmajess
Have you had a look at Happy Maz's communication Friendly Spaces photos in the gallery? There are some lovely ideas there.
Upsy Daisy
Did you have to get someone in to install this Upsy Daisy? I am lucky enough to have a husband who was happy to drill into the wall and the fence posts to put the fixings in. Once it is up you just have to hook it on and tighten the adjusters by hand. It works well as a sunshade but also (so far) seems to have been keeping the rain off as well so the children have been outside on rainy days using it as a shelter. My only regret is not buying a bigger one.
