Guest Posted July 21, 2009 Share Posted July 21, 2009 oh dear get better soon - i'm up and about but need a life Yes I have seen that -today have been studying reports in my area to see if a I agreed with the findings from what I know of the settings and b if there are common themes at the moment.Appears to be a lack of procedure for medication and cleaning!that lets people down.
