Upsy Daisy
I am a registered childminder and I have decided that I need to get more formal with my risk assessments. Up til now I have been using a notebook to make notes of risk assessment but using no particular format. I just wondered I there might be a lovely kind person on this forum who is willing to share any form they use. It could be a daily checklist or something more comprehensive for an annual assessment. Whatever you've got would be fab. I would be really grateful. I have looked on the NCMA website but can't find anything. Fingers crossed..... Guest
Hi I see you have had replies to you blog I used the bromley site for mine and then adapted it to my setting some thing else to think about when you are making yours up, bring your mind down to the childrens level, crawl about your house if you have to I did, look at eveything and mark risks and how you can solve them My inspector 06-03-09 thought mine were great she said I had thought of everything, Best of luck joan
