Do you use a voucher system and insist someone brings something to swap? Or do you just give away the clothing? I was wondering if we just give them a token when they bring something and then they ecvhange the token for another item of clothing. Do you use sites like freecycle to get clothes to swap? Thanks. We've got a basket of clothes that parents can contribute/rummage through(!) but nothing more organised than that. Your voucher idea sounds a good one.
