It was my birthday yesterday so I'm lucky enough to have 2 boxes of Thorntonsm, some belgian chocolates from Sainsburys, some milk tray and some Lindt chocs.

I may regret it all later but if weightwatchers says its ok who am i to argue?

If you click on the link, and then on 'participants' and then on Thorntons, there's a page all about how Thorntons are getting into the spirit. They are doing tasting and demonstrations in certain stores later this week - might be worth a trip if there's a participating store near you (definitely one in Leeds, I noticed!).

Also, is anyone registered with Thorntons to receive email updates? I am and have received an email offering 15% off their online purchase prices. I'm not sure if the code they've given is just for me (its NCW7). Perhaps if someone is registered they could check their email to see if all the codes are the same. If they are the same then presumably anyone can use them.

I definitely won't be using mine though. Wispas have been re-issued on a 'limited edition' so I'm catered for! :o

Enjoy!

I had heard this was last week so ate more than my usual share, just for the case obviously and then when I found it was actually this week, I was gutted that I'd have to continue my chocolate eating into this week!

Being off work sick is a great excuse to eat chocolate!

Today's chocolate of choice was a bag of cadbury's giant buttons as reward for managing to walk to the bottom of the road where the shop is, the furthest I've walked in 5 weeks!

Well surely that could be classed as a sacrifice for the children's sake. Had you not eaten that little Jonny may not know what a triangular prisms properties were!!! xD:(
