Just above is a series of icons.. run your mouse over them until you find one that says ' insert link' ( green with a + sign on it) ( MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COPIED THE URL YOU WANT BEFORE THE NEXT STAGE) click on the icon and you get a pop up box.. it says - 'please enter the full URL ' - paste the url you want into this box, (remove the htpp bit if you are doing it this way ) click OK and you get a second box pop up.. in here write a description of the page or here or whatever you want to be the name of the link... click OK and the link should be there... . now have a go in this tread and have fun adding a few links..
