Guest Posted January 17, 2007 Share Posted January 17, 2007 Today is phase 2 of my interview process for the position of preschoo leader and I am so nervous. I have to meet with the committee and a representative from Sure Start. Fingers crossed I will be ok. If anything it's really made me empathise more with our new starters....can really appreciate how daunting it is for little children coming into a new setting....and I am a 38 year old baby LOL Will let you know how it goes later. Guest Posted January 17, 2007 Share Posted January 17, 2007 Hi everyone, Well I survived, the interview went ok and after a small time deliberating I was called back into the room and told my application was successful. I am absolutely thrilled!! I will have lots of questions in the comming weeks, which I am sure you learned people will be able to help me with, but for now I am basking in a warm haze of pride.
