If the session runs for 2 hours e.g. 9am-11am are you required to register with your local health trust? Also is a second 1 hour session in a separate room with the same children allowed or would this be classed as 3 hours and require permission from the trust? Cait Posted November 19, 2023 Share Posted November 19, 2023 Hi, sorry you’ve been waiting such a long time for a reply.  There surely must be somebody on here from NI.  Do you still have to answer to Ofsted?  If you do, I’d suggest that they could be your best option if your Local Authority isn’t providing you with answers.  I suspect that tacking an additional hour on would be seen as 3 hours provision if the same children attended both.  sorry I can’t be more helpful.  Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
