Hi all

Our setting is relatively new to tapestry and currently have it available for staff use only without relative permission enabled.  (still having teething troubles)we would however like our parents to be able to view their childs report when we have completed them. are we able to just make the reports only visible to relatives and how do we notify them .

Many thanks in advance

the system notifys them of a new report once you click the eye icon (making it visable to them) Havent tried to do it without allowing access to evrything else so not sure. We set up a flase account at one point to check these things out...was VERY useful when trying to get to grips with everything :) good luck

Hi karen43,

This tutorial here will talk you through how to make reports visible to parents once you are ready for them to view the reports as finleysmaid suggests. When you set up parents on your account I would also recommend that you take a look at the User Permissions screen where you can set what parents can do and see on your account. This tutorial will explain where to find this page and how to change the permissions.

I hope this helps!

Best wishes,

Emily
