Tapestry

Tapestry in KS1

Recommended Posts

Hi

We have recently started using Tapestry in our foundation unit and have been asked some questions by the KS1 and 2 teachers about tailoring Tapestry for the rest of the school.

Basically, they want to use it for their foundation subjects. So is it possible, for example, to set a topic of The Romans and tailor the learning outcomes just for that topic rather than having to assess every outcome in that subject for every topic? And are the outcomes set by Tapestry or can we set our own outcomes as a school?

Thanks

Allie

Hi Allie,

The KS1 & KS2 statements are from the National Curriculum.

Therefore, if you were doing a Year 4 History topic on the Romans, then you would be able to see these statements to select from:

If you then went on to look at a topic based around the Anglo-Saxons then you would then be able to select those statements.

It's not possible to upload your own statements at this time sorry.

These tutorials may help you:

  1. KS1 and KS2 summative assessment data
  2. KS1/KS2 Analysis – Attainment screen
  3. KS1/KS2 Analysis - Achievement Screen
  4. KS1/KS2 Analysis - Absence screen
  5. KS1/KS2 Analysis - Coverage screen
