I couldn’t find the self service option so had to register for a new gateway account, I then had to search back to my ‘approved letter’ to find the security token to get the self service options. I know I’m not making sense, but I understand what I mean!! I went on and checked and AMAZINGLY all my committee members are on there! The only mistake is someone who came off over ten years ago!
